Oops, forgot to weight in last week, no big deal. Progress are still good after a little plateau a couple weeks ago and I'm very happy. Back to my best and lowest score in the last couple years!
I'm done with the From Couch to 5K program, ran 5km last Friday, and did it again this Wednesday. Now I'm giving myself a well deserved break for a week (gotta rest those shins and claves, man they hurt) and then, my objective will be to run 5km trice a week until I can manage maybe a fourth day and keep it that way for a while.
On the tobacco side, I failed once again (yeah, that means I ran 5km while smoking half a pack a day, I trying to imagine how easy that will be once I quit for good!)

Thanks skwhite, I know! I am addicted and I will continue. I just want to get rid of the smoking and usually, doing sports was helping me a lot, but it seems like it didn't work this time... I'll get back to the quitting soon (next week) and eventually succeed.

Get a vapor cigarette. And gradually wheen your nicotine level down. I've wait the years now after exhausting all other methods of quitting unsuccessfully.
