I am at 152!!! Wow. This feels so good! I got to the GREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Man, that feels soooooooooo good. I attribute this accomplishment to two things: 1) falling in love with avocado cheese sandwiches, which are hearty and filling and around 400 calories (a perfect lunch or dinner); and 2) beginning to journal on this site and finding a community of fellow weight loss folks. Fatsecreter comments and posts are really helping me get back on the band wagon.
So this week I lost 2 pounds. I think it's also because I've been really busy after work and on weekends and I therefore have less time for mindless self-indulgence. Keeping busy means walking a lot and thinking about food less. The weather has helped too. It's been overcast in SoCal this week. As a result I've been drinking tea to stay warm. Another reason to avoid snacking! I don't necessarily crave sweets with tea, or ice cream. Camomile is my tea of choice tight now, and it's been helping. :)
I'm so happy. Green!! You're the love of my life right now!!!
