Hi buddies, Finally got a drop! Probably that brutal lower body workout I did on Monday helped. It sure is taking a long time to recover from my binge 2 weeks ago. I was down to almost 298 and here it is taking 3 weeks to lose those 5 pounds again.
I'll tell you one thing - when I am committed to my fasting I really lose the weight much much better.
Speaking of fasting, I haven't been doing very well. I wanted to eat a whole bag of chips last night so instead I compromised and got 3 mini sugar-free peanut butter cups and later ate a Hoffman's snappy (like a hotdog) but it was 8 pm so that wasn't good.
I guess sometimes you need to just compromise or get derailed all together.
