I was worried about drinking my shakes for bfast and lunch on the weekend since dh loves to eat bfast and lunch. I figured if I drank a shake early before he woke up, I could have my 120 cal snack while we went out to eat. So that worked yesterday and today 🤗 I even went to mcds and had egg white delight with no muffin and most cheese was on the muffin so I had even less then logged for that snack lol. Beef jerky while they got pizza for lunch so now I hope we eat a decent dinner/supper whatever u call it. No scale for two days so I’ll look forward to Monday weigh in and my circuit class!
