Did not log any food today. Might back log tomorrow. Was in meetings, away from my lunch box.

Had another crazy day at work. Started at 7 AM, then rushed to the office as I had 9 to 2 face to face meeting. Then had several back to back meetings from 2 till 8:30, and after that tried to catch up with most urgent e-mail till 10:30. Got home after 11. May be somebody who is busier than me, was exercising today, but I doubt it.

Still had a revelation today. I've been reading (and trying to figure out if I should follow the protocol) about Leptin resistance reset. So I've been paying attention to when I eat and when I feel hungry. At 12, they brought lunch, and gave us 15 min break to stuff ourselves. I grabbed some food, started eating, and realized that I am not hungry at all. Still I had to eat, as I knew I would not have another opportunity till 2, and at 2 I would only have my emergency supplies at my desk, as I did not bring lunch, and I would not have time to go out and buy any food till I get home at night. Then it struck me, that I've been eating at certain times on schedule practically all my life, regardless of wether I am hungry or not. And that schedule was always forced on me. My current job gives me most flexibility, but only because I do not have any lunch breaks at all most of the times, and eat while reading e-mails or doing some other work. With my occasional hypoglycemia, skipping meals is not an option either. So I would rather eat when I am not hungry, if I know I will not have time to eat later. So what is the point of following healthy diet, if I eat when I am not hungry and do not need food? This is practically a new eating disorder - I am an "on schedule" eater. I need to break this habit and learn to eat only when I am hungry.
