So my third day logging 😆🤗I logged three beers for TNF but... it's 10pm and I haven't had one nor did I watch football :-) anyway I still have two logged just in case but I'm actually curious to get on the scale tomorrow to see if my down arrow is still there. Who knows. I didn't eat all my salad for dinner so I'll have that for lunch tomorrow 😉🤗 I got a salad instead of something crappy while eating out tonight. Silly but I like holding myself accountable and keeping track of me. Makes me proud bc I can actually control me ya know. My choice so might as well take advantage of that.
