Yea I managed to lose 3 lbs this past week even with all the challenges I faced. I did not eat emotionally which is amazing for me. I started school one day late because of 8" snow storm so that stressed me right out but I didn't turn to food. School was very demanding mentally, physically. Way too much homework. I did not fall down and eat my way through it. I stayed strong. I did eat out of induction NC but so what I still stayed the course on Atkins.
