Ate havarti this morning, an entire ounce on a burger. SO not worth it. Can you add other fats to some of the things you used to put cheese on? To reduce the hunger?

I was pretty light with butter when cooking. I see myself adding a little bit more. Still not as much as other Keto-ers. I bought some guacamole and I keep forgetting to bring it to work with me. Ugh. But that would've been perfect.
