Oh, hallelujah ... I got back on Sunday from a 2 1/2 week sojourn in Germany (Munich is AWESOME), during which I ate anything and everything I pleased, and gained 8.4 pounds, of course. When I got back, first thing I did was recommit to keto, and today, six days later, I've lost the weight I gained in Germany and a little extra. My new mini-goals are 1.) 13 more pounds, which will bring me to the weight I was at when I finished graduate school; and 2.) an additional 7 pounds more after that, for a total 20-pound loss. That will bring me under 200 pounds for the first time since college. I've already decided that if I can get to <200 pounds, I'll reward myself with a trip to Dublin, Ireland (!).
