what are the macros for this yummy dish??

Thanks everyone! First, the macros for the meal are 53.76/28.41/12.95 C/F/P. To broil a sweet potato: pierce the skin and microwave 6-7 min, turning every 2 min. When soft, cut in half but leave part of the skin intact so it opens like a book. Cut squares into the flesh, add your fat (I used olive oil, the recipe suggested butter and cheese), and broil on medium high 6-12 min until it reaches the level of caramelization you like. The salad is called "Cowboy Caviar" and I got the recipe off of Blue Zones if you'd like to google it. It has adzuki and black beans, corn, bell peppers, jalepeno, red onion, apple cider vinegar (I highly recommend Bragg's organic as the best-tasting), and EVOO in it. I uploaded the recipe, but it's still awaiting approval. Hope I answered everyone's questions!
