Stepped on the scale to see how I have done since Monday and I lost 3 more pounds. Wow, I was excited. Ate well all day until dinner, but then didn't do too bad, ate two tacos from Bajio Mexican Grill, just had one with chicken and a little cheese and one with beef and a little cheese, no extras. Really filled me up.
