What guidelines are you using? I'm on day 5 of attempting keto, but my protein intake probably too high. Excited to see other people doing this! How are you feeling?

I've been on KETO for a few months now. I follow https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto guidelines. But today I'm doing an egg fast for about 3 days. Many keto followers have done this to break a stall they're in.

@T8U9 I'm also attempting a keto and feel my protein is to high I work out 5 days a week with heavy weights I don't wanna lose muscle mass any advice?

Tune1: you might want to check out a website called ketogains. Those guys are all weightlifting on a ketogenic diet. Might help you out. Also primal edge health in YouTube has lots of Keto pointers for men and women who lift. 😊

Egg Fast is new to me as well but I've been researching it for the past few weeks. There are tons of Youtube Videos on the subject as well.
