Make sure your netcarbs are chosen in your settings. It makes counting your carbs easier.

I keep a record of my food intake portions and calories but I do not have time to log it online a lot.

How did you fry your brussel sprouts? I love them.

These were leftover from dinner at a restaurant. I did ask though, and they just fry them in oil to get them crispy.
