I have only 10 days to lose 4lbs. I cut my cut too short I think. Dang it. Oh well I will take what I can get. Stupid bloat does me in as well. Grrrr. Tomorrow is leg day🙄😆I've made my overnight oats. I have 13 more work out days left until vacation. I'm excited bc this is dd's first plane ride :-) I can't wait to get in the ocean and see the 🐟 🐠🤗🎉oooh the visibility better be excellent. I am not even thinking of cocktails. I may save cocktails for January 1st Jamaica trip with my in laws.

Many people on the ketogains and PSMF FB groups talk about "cuts" and "cutting". It can be done. They are VERY strict and it's not for the faint hearted, lol!!! I followed one woman's journey, she had a competition coming. There was a lot of water being drank. First she bulked then cut. I think she was wanting to drop to a different weight class. She made it and ended up setting new records. Might be worth taking a look at....just for the fun of it :-)

It's a process for sure but I did my cut before I started my workout program then upped my cals. I'm doing ok just should have stayed at the cut longer for my goal number. Slow and steady though works for me too!! I am actually going to post my loss for today even though I try to weigh weekly😆

Hey Misty, sorry missed this post. Fat burning & HIIT combination long duration workout...losing 4 pounds is easy, losing 4 pounds of fat is another thing :). Probably losing one pound of fat and 3 to 5 pounds water in your tissues is very doable in ten days without stretching yourself too thin.
