day 127 - I am feeling very good about it all this morning -The sun is shining, I have been commissioned to put some new gates and a fence up for a friend of a friend that will give me a little extra pin money and after two weeks of slow dieting whoosh - I am now just over a pound away from being under 13 Stone!!
Today I visit my mother and take her shopping then a bit of housekeeping and gardening. Have a great day all of you. I haven't yet read the news this morning - I hope there has been no more depressing bombing and stabbing shit.
Oh I'm going to doctors today - He is likely to verify that I have damaged my rotator cuff which has been plaguing me for three months. I cannot easily move my right arm above my shoulder - I will probably be refferred to physio in about six months time.

I don't know enough about the system to know if self referral is an option. I will ask the Doctor when I see him.
Thanks. Yes my trend line is pretty decent - Having worked a long time for a large corporation Six Sigma , lean and metrics focussed things are now in my blood. Much to my wife's frustration I turn everything into a project. I have four months of diet data to analyse so future maintenance is as easy as possible for me.
