ARGH. And I was doing so well. I've lost almost 17 pounds since I started this process back in late March, controlling my blood sugar, eating well, exercising -- and somehow, I just LOST IT today. I had fried chicken, steak fries, and a whole box of Girl Scout cookies. I feel so greasy, sluggish, bloated, and downright NASTY. I know tomorrow is another day, and I'm already committed to getting back in the saddle, so to speak. But today was awful. I can't even say I was depressed or angry about something (bad excuses, I know). I just felt like eating myself into a coma, and I almost did.
You couldn't possibly judge me more harshly than I'm judging myself right now, so I'd appreciate any words of encouragement or support. Please.
