Mistybenner's Journal, 12 May 2017

TGIF. I avoided mindless eating and sabotaging my dinner only plan. My nail lady keeps Chinese or Thai candy on the counter and I sucked on one and spit it out. I did walk there and back so that was nice. I was craving chips and French onion dip. I didn't have any in the house yeah then I though oh I have pita chips and hummus, but I didn't have any pita chips so I avoided that "crave". Walked to the corner store and got a black coffee. I'm having a Cobb salad with chicken breast and no dressing. I think it's about the same as what's listed as THIF salad so I went with that. I never eat all the lettuce but sure do love the feta chicken and 🥓 oh and the avocado 🥑!! And the egg! No sleeping in tomorrow:-( dd has an earl driver's ed appointment ugh. 🙄

Thanks. I guess it is blue cheese? Idk lol just a salad. So the driving wasn't today it's in 2 weeks! Ack. It's just classes until she passes for the test. 3 more to be exact.
