OOps looks like I was a piggy today. I was surprised that the calorie count was that high even though I don't really have to count calories on Atkins but even my NC's ran high over the 20 for Induction. I guess I can't snack tonite. Try again and do better tomorrow.

it is more important to NOT be hungry than watching calories. The hungry thing can sabotage you. Your calories are a little on the high side for me, but not enough to be concerned enough to cut them. My calories average 1700 a day, and that includes a day or so @ 2200 every two weeks or so.
