Another bad day. Migraine yesterday and today so no exercise. This is not a cry for support and pity, just a note for myself to explain why I am skipping exercise again.

Sorry you are in pain, Hon. Any idea what is triggering you? If you are stumped there are a few things in your food diaries it could be, even if they have been okay in the past. Sometimes things in combination can get you when you are in a weakened state, as you know. Take care, if you want any suggestions on palliatives or pressure points, etc, let me know...I have years of them! and I'm assuming you know about migraine.com?

I think it is weather this time. I got hit every time it was raining this winter. Thanks G-d it does not rain often here. Plus I went to see my chiro on Friday. Overall he saved my life as I am sure I would have had back surgery by now if it was not for him, but sometimes it gets worse after adjustment.

That sucks! And I understand. I've spent 46 years with migraines and it took me 45 to realize the barometer changing was a HUGE trigger and one that I could do nothing about! Quiet Hugs! 😶
