It's Frittata Friday, again, and I will try to keep things simple and delicious. An Italian Sub Frittata, filled with the flavors of an Italian sub sandwich: ham, salami, bologna, some thinly sliced pan grilled zucchini, and a couple of kinds of cheese to be determined later in the day. I may even add a bit of basil pesto to kick up the flavor quotient. This is definitely a Good Friday; I hope your's goes well too.

Thanks. I just happened to have the sub ingredients around that I would like to use up; that's how I got the idea. The cheeses I'll be using, however, are a buttery German Butterkase (butter cheese), and a very tasty Asiago, both of which are made by Boar's Head.
