my doctor started me on trulicity. all in all has not been bad. the only thing I've noticed is that it completely killed my appetite. I am an admitted foodie. I love to cook and experiment with flavors. now I'm having to force myself to eat. in some ways that's good in others not so much. I eat half of a grilled chicken wrap from chick fill a and I am so full I feel like I could throw up.

I hear you! I still experiment! But now it's with much smaller portions and different things and trying to get protein shakes that taste okay w/o too many additional carbs! LOL

went out to BJ's brewhouse with friends tonight. Ate half of my lemon thyme chicken and was stuffed. highly recommend the dish though. very flavorful
