RoseFlorida's Journal, 13 March 2017

So I did something last night I'm ashamed of. I ate an entire bag of Thinsters. A thin cookie that tastes like cake batter. They were so good and I regret I ate so many. After 2 months I caved and ate them. I wish I hadn't eaten so many of them but they were good. From now on I will NOT skip my "cheat" day but will take one once per month so things like this do not happen again. If I plan it ahead I will hold out and then eat reasonably for stuff I have been craving. This was a late night thing so I just continued on my new woe (my diet) today. This will not stop me, I also did an IF of 15 hours today to "reset"

Love the posters! I think (hope) I'm finally "getting it" that making a mistake needn't turn into days of making mistakes. That's probably how maintenance works, too: Indulging on occasion and being mindful the rest of the time. I'll know if I ever get to that point and start experimenting!

Awww - hang with it! We all have done it! You will bounce back! It is a journey, not a race.

Brain hijack! When feeling bingey, eat a high fat snack, that kills the urge.

You will soon undo it, don't give yourself a hard time. The posters are great!

I'm okay with it mostly. I wish I hadn't eaten so many but life including my new woe will go on. I'm paying for it yesterday and today still (maybe another few days also) I should have stopped after a cookie or two, not the oink out I had. :) I don't buy them for my family since they are my downfall since I discovered them. Next time they come into the house I will throw out the bag before they get opened.
