barely logged anything this week.. Ive been sicker than sick and just barley surviving work. Ive gotten some decent work outs between feeling like crap bc it comes and goes but last night was the worst. DH went and got me a bunch of stuff and babied me.. so today I am working from home and feeling some what decent. I did not meet my goals to log this week but i didnt really cheat other than on the 14th I didnt have some Chinese at work and a few brownies. Weight is holding strong at 199 and if dont lose this week, Im ok with that bc I have basically been in bed for most of the week. Work, bed, walk if its a good day. Its just you run of the mill cold/allergy crap and DH called it, we get sick about once a year and this is prolly it. At least its not the flu. Since Im working at home, gonna focus on getting my step goal - 11k and work on my diet. I had some veg soup last night that was kinda high in carbs - 13 net. Wanna work that off. Gonna weigh in tomorrow at dr's office when I get my weekly allergy shot. BOO. Here's to Friday.. hope everyone has a good one! Lets make this weekend count.
