I know one of the secrets of success is planning ahead. I am planning my meals a day ahead and stick to the plan......it takes a little time but so worth it...it helps to eliminate that spur of the moment grab and munch. It will be another great day 😁

Agreed, I find when I have prepped some snacks and have "set" meals I can use when planning has'nt happened, that usually gets me thru the "grab n' munch" safely.
