Mistybenner's Journal, 08 February 2017

Finally, I got off my lazy butt and did my Body Beast. Arms and abs. I've lost strength but give myself a week I will be back up to par. I love it when the muscles r pumped after a workout. Now ill try and eat to compliment it. Must. Keep. At. It. I've got to stop laying around! I have no excuses I am just lazy. Maybe if I write it out I will shame myself back into my ol' routine. Time to hit the showers🎉👍🏻😎

Thanks buddies. I'm going to start the body beast all over but this time do the lean out phase. I can't believe I weighed 120 8 months ago!

Misty, I feel the same way. Making all kinds of excuses for not wanting to put on workout clothes and go to the gym, but when I do like today, I feel much better, and can pat myself on the back. I also met a real nice Asian man, Peter and we really talked a lot, and got to know each other.
