I was running late this morning and didn't have time to make my bpc. Mistake! The regular non-mct oil coffee is not cutting it this morning. I did buy a portable hand held blender cup but haven't washed it yet. I will tonight just in case I'm running late again. (I always run late to work) I'll put the oil and heavy cream it in and stop for coffee if I have to. My energy is dragging this morning.
