I survived the holidays with only a 1b fluctuation that I was able to work off this last week.I had way to many adult beverages this weekend but Im not here to cry about it. The idiot box is holding steady and I know I can burn it off on the treadmill if i work hard this week. Im back on track with my diet and just need to get back at the gym. I detest the resolution people that flood the gym this time of year. It just gives me all the more motivation to wake up at 5am and go so I can avoid them. Hope everyone had a great holiday ! now back to work !
