We had a fun day yesterday and I enjoyed what I ate, but did not over eat. Today I am back to logging everything and begin my training for the 10K. I find myself looking forward to it and maybe I can beat my time from a few years ago, although I am not going to stress on that, the point is a goal to keep me motivated.

@HCB I think that is my problem, I hit my original goal and have been floundering. This will help for sure.
