This is where the trouble starts! I've had a steady weight loss but this is where all goes to hell! The next few days is for Christmas baking! I will be baking up a storm of Christmas goodies because that's what I do. My three adult children depend on it, and look forward to it every year and each have their special requests, but too be sure, they are not diet sweets, they're loaded with sugar, oil, fat etc. Am I going to eat any of this? Of course I am! There really is no point in saying I won't, because I would be lying to myself!
I've been doing well with how I have been proceeding with this weight loss quest! My Type 1 Diabetic daughter looked at my self imposed diet on here last night and thinks I'm doing great! It's going to be tough over the holidays to keep it up faithfully as I have been, so i think for now, I'll resume after the holidays. I'd rather go at it consistently until I reach my goal!
I know that I can achieve this, so I bid you adieu until the New Year!
