Im having a hard time this week ,lfeel hungry all the time trying to lose the last 17 pounds of 150 lose.Its getting hard!

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 October 2016:

I hear ya! It's GREAT to have come so far BUT infuriating and depressing when "YOU JUST CAN'T QUITE GET THERE"!!!! I will keep plugging along also....

I understand that, I do well for a few days, then just give up for a few weeks, I am trying to be consistant with it, but sometimes it just doesn't work out. Good Luck in your quest of weight loss

Lucky, feel free to follow my informal challenge in my journal pages. I want to lose 17 lb by the time my next drs appt rolls around. I'm tired of hearing, "you need to lose weight". So I'm throwing it all in. For some reason it's inspired my buddies to join me in the crunch. Feel free to check it out.
