Working a double shift today, then five days off. I know 11:00 p.m. will get here, but it is hour by hour until then. I don't have cravings, I just don't want to be at work.
It's a stressful place, lately. I have a job interview next week. I don't have high expectations, though. I am interested in the local facility and I have a feeling the director needs a nurse in a different city. That will be a "No. Thank you."
Been having mad cravings in the evenings lately, but staying on plan and getting some results. Extended fasts are out of the question for now because my supplements need to be taken with food or I feel nauseated.

It does make a difference. The scale nudges down, and I think "well, my suffering wasn't for nothing."

You've been doing awesome, Lady. Stress is never beneficial, but sometimes inevitable. I'm glad you're looking around for options. 5 days off should help stabilize the cortisol.
