Oh crap hear I go again....25 lbs short of where I started before, I almost made my goal weight and and I don't even know what to say. I just stopped caring and stopped doing and as they say the rest is history. I am ready to go again, this time it will be better, I know it will.

I am sure you can do this! You have demonstrated success in the pass - do some detective work and see what good habits fell apart - you can put it back together again! Chris

It has taken me a long time to come to the conclusion that I will have to watch what I eat for the rest of my life. Otherwise, I will forever be on the diet roller coaster. Find a plan or a way of eating that you can live with the rest of your life.
