Holy crap am I sore today. It has been two weeks since I last did a good chest and back day at the gym, and my body is telling me about it today. Then again, I decided to try to increase some weights along with it, so there is a good combination of soreness going on. I do have to say, I love working out. It gives me that nice "high" and makes my day feel great. Normal gym days for me are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I don't work out on the weekends right now because my second job currently takes up that time. I work an hour away for 10 hours, so it seems like a nice 12 hour day for me, and I am quite sore. However, I do a lot of stair climbing at my job, so it is a good workout all in itself. One of the things I look forward to is my "Protein Shake" I have after my workouts. My wife and daughter both love my shakes as well, and it is something good to look forward to. I used to drink Muscle Milk, the 40g chocolate kind, but now I make my own. It has 50g of protein and tastes so much better. It's Kroger Carbmaster Chocolate Milk (lactose free) and Premeir Protein powder. Either the Chocolate milkshake or vanilla milkshake kind. OMG. I drink it after my workout, and it keeps me full all on its own until lunch.

Well, that is my rant for this nice hump day morning. Hope all my FS people enjoy the wonderful day.
