It's hard to track Atkins on this site. It shows on July 5 that I've eaten 52 grams of carbs when I actually only had 2o NET grams. I wish there was a way to show net carbs instead!

Today I ate at a Chinese buffet, and had a serving of broccoli chicken. The closest I could come was Panda Express' info. Not sure how accurate it is though...

Click the "my settings" on the top right side of the page under "my tools". Scroll to bottom where it says "Food Nutrition Facts". You can choose up to six data types to track when you use your Food Diary.
