Hi guys! Just a question - is there any way to browse the different exercises, and the caloric burns? I volunteered for Habitat for Humanity today so I spent most of the day on a construction site, insulating and framing for about 5 hours. I have no idea what it was for exercise, but I know I needed a nap and I was ABSOLUTELY STARVING TO DEATH ;-) I logged it as gardening/yardwork, I don't know if that's even close, but I couldn't seem to find anything else that felt similar to how my muscles feel right now. Anyway, hope everyone is having a good week! I'm supposed to weigh in tomorrow...we'll see about that. I may be in traction.
