SO.... I ate my veggies & avocado today after my 18 hour daily fast like a good little girl, and opted for 2 chicken drumsticks instead of that lovely grass fed ribeye in the freezer. I covered my cabbage with AC vinegar (love my vinegar way anyway). If somebody is gonna tell me that I need to eat my veggies & avoid the foods I love, they best be able to tell me why! LOL
