note to self: I am so done with xylitol! Apparently you can only ingest about .5 gram for every kg of body weight. That means about 40 grams for me. I think I exceeded that in the past few days and my digestive system has suffered IMMENSELY! I am so done. I'll stick with my new favorite brand of stevia - Stevita - for now.

Proud of my exercise today - did about 35 minutes of walking and 5 minutes of jumping rope.
