i am traveling this week for work. goal is to make healthy choices, avoid excess alcoholic beverages and try to maintain at 198 when i get back. also going to focus on staying hydrated since it will be long days and working overnight 1-2 times. packed some healthy snacks with me, builders bars and going to try to resist pizza and bagles - i am in NYC!!
