22 check. Legs check. Staring in the mirror amazed by my cuts, CHECK. wowza Those three lbs did me gooooood. If only I hadn't ate that cinnamon roll Saturday. Oh well. #Flushed. Ten more weeks of this program. What a difference. Sagi says - It ain't worth it if you're not having fun.

So far, so good. Stick with your goals, results will come. If u fall, don't lie there too long, get up and continue forward!!!

Oh I just grilled the best dinner. Chicken breast butterflied rubbed w olive oil, roasted a bunch of carrots on the grill w Himalayan salt and balsamic vinegar a lil olive oil and some brown rice and garlic sticks. Yum yum.

Well, Misty, I just did my 12 and 10 pushups, and my wrists were hurting. Hur-Rah! Oh, and your two ice crèam dogs are sooooooooo cute!

Very Busy at work...back is great, left shoulder is buggered...all things otherwise are awesome...haven't been on here much other than to log, just catching up a bit for 20 minutes then off again. Glad to see you sounding more positive on your results, take care little buddy!!
