Don't have access to my computer at the moment, but there are formulas for predictive muscle mass gain, and hate to say it, but 10-12 in 3 months is not possible (if I remember correctly)

Thanks all. MJ, I'll take what I can get, but, after reviewing before and afters on this program, I don't think any of them achieved that. One girl gained 7. I'm just going off what the program said. I guess in fine print it says results may vary... Lol. Also, I don't think I will do this 6 days a week so I can stretch it out and that should help w the numbers :-) right??? Lol.

I'll join for this weekend, although Sunday is a work day for me, so my weekend is going to be today and Saturday. I'm a walker and I need to get back to walking on my day's off. I manage to walk 2.5 - 3 miles a day at work so I do not go out on a walk on those days. I am currently a meal planner and I think my hardest part is to eat from plan. I can stray easily.

I just read some reviews about that program. I never heard of it before. Keep up posted as to your opinion. I am assuming you are an intermediate lifter? Thank you for posting this update. And yes, girls who love to do squats got it going on!

I just did my callipers and measerments. If I did them right, I'm sitting at 15.3 %Bf 102.3lbs of lean mass. That's down from 5/6/2016 I was at 16.29%BF. And 4/27/2016 18.1% But...I gained a mm in my side, stayed same on abs, gained 3 mm on thigh stayed same on triceps bOh and I gained a half inch on my chest ;-) 3/15/2016 bf% was.....22%! My skin folds were: ab-20, thigh-20, side-14, tricep-16. Today they r: ab-10.5, thigh-20, side-11, tricep-11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so glad I tracked these numbers!

13-15% is female bodybuilders, 16-17% fitness competitors, 18-20% bikini models (women are always higher percentages than men)

I did body beast 2.5 months. Went from 208 to 194. Lost inches everywhere except arm where I Gained 1/2 inch. Increased my barbell deadlifts by 40 lbs.

Carmen 1098, yes, definitely!

Absolutely.... The reason they want bikini models at that % is that it gives a feminine softness that fitness competitors don't have.

Oh boy, I better go to the gym where they can do a body fat calculation.

This is not to say you're nut that low, as I've known a few women that consistently ran at 14% but did not have the muscle mass to be on stage. 13% is considered essential body fat, you wouldn't want to drop lower than that for health reasons.

I'm not too concerned w the numbers, just want to concentrate on putting in the work ;-)

I am curious, Mahjohn, did you ever compete with the physique?
