feeling strong today. Got in a killer work out this morning and sweat like never before! that means I met my goal to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone. NOW, I just need to not ef it up by eating off plan. Im 1-1 so far since I had a power shake and some egg "puffs". I can do this. I have the will power. NO mercy for the weak today..I plan to eat like a beast today ( low carb of course) meaning load up on protein and veggies. I would love a 2nd cardio today but id not, Ill take what I got in already. SO QUESTION: I need some ideas to make Popsicle. Low carb. Ive got crystal light but any other good ideas? Do share..

coffee & cream popsicles - if you like coffee. The cream tends to settle and I haven't figured out how to solve that. Maybe coffee and greek yogurt would stay mixed while it freezes?

It sounds good, protein powder pops. Maybe try freezing a little bit of a drink you are made to consume for a meal? I haven't tried freezing a protein drink - except an Atkins shake which some member on that site said she froze all the time. It didn't work well for me, got rock solid. Come to think of it, it might have worked well as a popsicle.
