For the 6th week in a row, I got up around 5 AM to go to the gym. Had a nice cardio work out - I really pushed myself on the elliptical. I'm starting to feel that my body is getting into better shape - even if I'm not losing a ton of weight. My endurance is up, my legs are definitely stronger and getting more toned. I no longer have back pain and my ankles (which were very tight in the morning previously) are starting to feel normal again. I make sure to stretch a bit before exercise and also afterwards. It feel so nice to exercise pre-dawn!
I am putting my food into fat secret this week as I promised myself.
