I slept 11 hours last night and I am sore all over from yesterday, what a work out! I hopped on the scale this morning and am down .8 of a pound from yesterday. =) My fitbit said that I walked 23,033 steps yesterday and that doesn't count the ones where I was carrying something in both hands.
Started planning out today how to up the protein and fat and lessen the carbs. I think I will need it to help recover from yesterday.
