Going to do some mindless bingo with my friend. It is a nice break from my job which is very stressful and intense.

I just have to be mindful of the giant size huge brownies and all of the other goodies they sell there.

I have salad to eat if I get hungry. I wanted something sweet today at lunch but I got tuna salad at subway with just lettuce/cucumbers.

I have been chewing a lot of gum. It's not really that great to do b/c I have no portion control. Well, it's better than a brownie.

I love bingo and I also use the gum trick.. got two huge packs in my office. always kills my cravings.
