Muscle fatigue...any suggestions?

I swam some, water walked about 35 min at about 12 noon and my muscles still feel like rubber with no strength. Granted it was first time in forever but I thought I would be recovered by now.

Did you hydrate and get some electrolytes in?

Yes, hydrate. Cherries or cherry juice also helps with muscle fatigue. It takes muscles time to get used to new exercise again.

I take two or three magnesium tablets - works great!
