I'm a recovering addict. I've got 11 years clean from meth, 5 days clean from weed, and 2 days clean from alcohol. Sometimes it's a never ending spiral of smoke weed, eat a week's worth of food that night, then stomach troubles the next morning. I always vow to stop smoking so I don't get the munchies which definitely kills the weight loss. I desperately want to stop so I can continue to lose weight and be at that healthy weight I was 12 years ago.

Whatever I do, I do it in excess. Lately my vice is good.

I found that by always having a bottle of water with me, I don't drink my calories anymore. Try it. Stay with this!
