yesterday my "sugar dropped" like my grandma used to say.. I felt oozy and weak and dizzy and nauseated. Not sure its because I was tired, or I skipped lunch ( not on purpose) and had way to much coffee/caffeine. But what ever it was I felt like sh!t all afternoon. I picked up some groceries after work and came home and crashed out and didnt wake up this morning for gym. I know right ! Well its prolly got the better bc I pulled/ pinched something in my shoulder anyway and its raining bad so I prolly wouldnt have been able to walk to the Y anyway. SO, imma just make the most of today and work on the house and if I feel better later, maybe some cardio. This is one of those times I need to listen to my body.... getting old sucks..

Oh man! Those sugar crashes are awful! And they really do take several hours to recover from even after you get your blood sugar back up. I haven't had one since I started the LCHF WOE in July and sure don't miss them. I hope you never have one again.

Oh man, days like that are miserable! You keep wanting to push thru and just simply can't. Hopefully a little lighter schedule today and a little less of the problem things from yesterday will put you back in the pink ;-) DEFINITELY listen to your body.

Too much caffeine will do that to me as well as skipping a meal. You had the double whammy - feel better!

so today was a really good day.. I focused on eating lots of salad and had a huge serving for lunch and I logged everything honestly. Im still working on my water for the day but its not over yet.. however I just wanted to add to this post bc I feel like i started out the day kinda negative but its turned out to be a pretty awesome day.. gonna finish my errands I didnt get to run last night and get ready for a early morning tomorrow.... #feelingbetter #restdoesthebodygood #happy

My sugar level actually drops too low. I run pretty low normally and actually sometimes have to get something sweet to continue functioning. Pay attn. to your body.

Warren things back in the day weren't as harsh on the body as they are now, that's not even including the stress. I'm 38 and I'm definitely feeling it at times. And the way the kids nowadays are stressed and structured, I can only see it get worse. I got 4 kids and a full schedule, pretty soon I'll also be old man winter :x
