Ack! Why am I up?! I can't wait for tomorrow's meal... I'm going to bake kale chips rubbed with olive oil or coconut oil, for the first time (I give Kale to my Guinea pig daily, but have never ate it). I'm going to have some Fage, avacado, and salsa with them. 🤗😜😊

My lunch was gooood. The kale turned out nice, perfect crunch I was looking for. Could have used more salt but salt is not my friend. I did use a couple twist of garlic sea salt.
