uhhhh well... I didn't know i was supposed to check in with these challanges ... I'm not to sure what I'm supposed to to for these actually. .. for some reason I thought I sign up and my info was just sent to various places automatically ha ha ha I guess that was wrong.....
239.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
