Actually it might be your presentation skills. Do you have a culinary background ? Or just watch a lot of Top Chef? Lol

Somewhat lol. Many years cooking expereience personally, pastry background professionally, and a bit of pastry presentation/photo work. Love Great British Baking Show tho :D
